五显灵观大帝灯仪，撰人不详。约出于元末明初。一卷，收入《正统道藏》洞真部威仪类。此篇为道教灯仪之一。行道者燃灯供奉五显灵官大帝，礼赞启告，祈求消灾降福。所谓五显灵官大帝，即都天威猛大元帅显聪昭应孚仁广济王、横天都部大元帅显明昭烈孚义广佑王、通天金目大元帅显正昭顺孚智广惠王、飞天风火大元帅显直昭佑孚信广泽王、丹天降魔大元帅显德昭利孚爱广成王。此五神又称五通之神，据称其威力广行于三界，慈悲普度众生。
