悟真篇注释，原题「象川无名子翁渊明注」。渊明即南宋道士翁葆光。原书三卷，收入《正统道藏》洞真部玉诀类。按翁氏《悟真篇注》，另有元人戴起宗《悟真篇注疏》本。此本所载《悟真篇》之诗词篇数及前后排列次序皆与《注疏》本有所不同，翁氏注文及序文之文字亦多删省窜乱，较戴本为劣。
