洪恩灵济真君灵签，撰人不详。「洪恩灵济真君」即五代南唐道士徐知证、徐知谔兄弟，明永乐中受封真君之号，故是书当出于明代。原书一卷，收入《正统道藏》正一部。书中载签诗五十三首，皆为七言绝句。如第一签云：「上吉。龙韬豹略韫奇谋，若遇明时即献筹。世道风波多勇猛，好从静处细沉浮。」
