南斗延寿灯仪，撰人不详。约出于元代或明初。一卷，收入《正统道藏》洞真部威仪类。此篇为道教灯仪之一，行道者燃灯供奉南斗六真君，礼拜赞颂，祈求消灾获福，延生保命。南斗六真君即：明德宫大圣南斗天府司命上相镇国真君、洞文宫大圣南斗天相司禄上相镇狱真君、柔德宫大圣南斗天梁延寿保命真君、保光宫大圣南斗天同益算保生真君、天节宫大圣南斗天枢度厄文昌炼魂真君、大圣宫南斗天机上生监簿大理真君。
