太上泰清拔罪升天宝忏，撰人不详。从内容文字看，应为唐宋道士所作。一卷，收入《正统道藏》洞真部威仪类。忏文称元始天尊在始青天中讲说道法、大放光明，普照十方，度脱地狱罪人皆超生人道，又太上告诫众生：凡造业犯罪之人，死后皆入地狱受苦。若能一心恳祷，归依上真，忏悔罪业，即可拔罪解脱。书中列举四十六位泰清境天尊真人名号及忏悔文式。本篇与《太上玉清谢罪登真宝忏》、《太上上清禳灾延寿宝忏》，原当为同一组忏文。
