太上玉清谢罪登真宝忏，撰人不详。从内容文字看，应为唐宋道士所造。一卷，收入《正统道藏》洞真部威仪类。忏文乃太上所说，用以谢罪消灾，以求登真。书中载五十位玉清天尊名号及忏悔文式。内称凡男女法身、清信弟子，「若不忏除夙冤往业，终不得位列玉庭，名标金格」。若能于太上像前设香花时果旙灯供养，归命信礼天尊，并作忏悔，则可济拔九祖，福流后嗣，获致登真。
