九天三茅司命仙灯仪，撰人不详。约出于元末明初。一卷，收入《正统道藏》洞真部威仪类。此篇为道教灯仪之一，行道者燃灯供奉三茅真君，归命朝礼，即可祈求消灾获福，保命长生。三茅真君即：东岳上卿司命太玄妙道冲虚圣佑真君（茅盈）、定禄右禁至道冲静德佑妙应真君（茅固）、三官保命微妙冲惠仁佑神应真君（茅衷）。此为元仁宗延祐年间加封三茅真君尊号。
