黄箓九巵灯仪，撰人不详。约出于宋元时。一卷，收入《正统道藏》洞真部威仪类。本篇为道教灯仪之一，用于消灾度亡。行道者按九宫八卦方位，依次向九方燃点九巵神灯，供奉三清道主、四帝天真、十方救苦天尊、九州神君、九幽地狱冥官等神灵。礼拜赞颂，所求九阳梵气上照诸天福堂，中照九州境域，下照九垒地狱。阳光所到，妖恶潜消，凶灾殄灭，破除地狱苦刑，罪魂解脱，存亡获福。
