《妇科百辨》是明代庄履严撰写，二十七世孙憩樵抄录的一部妇科类中医著作，成书年代不详。前三卷论及杂证、调经、种子，后三卷续论胎前、临产、产后诸症的证治方药。本书采用提问的形式，针对主证介绍相应的辨证治则和方药，治法简明，切合实用。现存憩樵抄本，藏于上海中医药大学图书馆。
