元张辂撰。二卷。辂字讷斋,曾官晋宁河中府知事。曾采访名道士陈抟再传弟子,延祐元年(1314)成书。万余字。抟道号希夷,后居华山太华岩洞以终,故以名书。此编陈氏道士生涯,生平事迹、喜怒哀乐,言谈举止、坎坷奇遇,十分生动。所录诗歌,亦皆道家说教,如“世人大抵重官荣,见我东归夹道迎。应被华山高士笑,天真丧尽得浮名。”他如“平生不做皱眉事,天下应无切齿人”,饱含哲理,为后人所乐诵。此志出《归田录》。有《(正统)道藏》本。
