上乘修真三要

上乘修真三要，原题「圆明老人述」。此人疑即马钰再传弟子高圆明，乃金元间全真道道士。原书二卷，收入《正统道藏》洞真部方法类。卷上载《三法颂》十二首，每首有一图，言修心炼性之法。卷下收入《周易参同大道》、《乾坤体用正道》等十二篇章，每章皆有卦象、图、词、曲、诀，论述内丹原理及功法。其丹法为全真派以性兼命之「一元顿教」，以顿了心性为要。又强调修炼者应精持戒律，割断俗缘，忍让慈悲，先人后己，行三千功满。其说源出马丹阳。
