《太上济度章赦》，撰人不详。从内容文字看，当出于唐代。三卷，收入《正统道藏》洞真部表奏类。上卷、中卷辑录奏章三十二篇，有延生解厄章、谢上安宅章、谢罪祈雨章、祈嗣章、祈禄章、禳火灾章等，用于各种斋醮祈禳法事。另有祈禳通用诸章官式十六条，用于祈请神灵保蚕、保胎、逐盗、保六畜、除官讼、除颠邪、保远行、解冤愆等等。下卷收入玉清大赦，青玄大赦、玉皇上帝徽号宝赦等三种启奏文，用于修斋度亡，祈请神灵赦免死者罪愆。
