龙虎中丹诀，撰人不详。从内容文字看，应为宋代道士所作。一卷，收入《正统道藏》洞真部方法类。此书言内丹功诀。内载颂诗六首(龙虎作用颂、胎阳颂、胎室颂、胎神颂、胎灵颂、胎化颂)，咒诀三首（真火咒、真水咒、行火咒），卦式三首（周天式、复卦式、垢卦式），以及七律诗歌九首（题作「水火中丹九候歌」）。其丹法大略谓精、气、神乃人身之主，三者唯心可以动合变化。日月为天地之至精，坎离为人身之至药，使坎离交媾日月于玄宫，而成真丹。又称炼丹须于子前午后，行复卦之乾卦，自姤卦终坤卦，行至九年，丹成胎化，返本还元，遂为真仙。
