冬受寒邪不即病，复感春寒发名瘟，证同伤寒治双解，呕加生姜半夏均。

瘟病一证，乃冬受寒邪不即为病，至春复感春风而发者也，现证与伤寒相同，用双解通圣汤两解之，若呕吐者，以生姜半夏入之，其呕自止。
