浴儿之法五枝汤，冬夏寒温适可当，加猪胆汁去污秽，且滋肌肤免生疮。

断脐后三日浴儿，此法其来旧矣，为其革污秽也，临浴时，须择无风密处，适可而止，不可久在水中，冬月恐其受寒，夏日恐其伤热，其为汤之法，须用桃槐桑梅柳枝熬成，再加猪胆汁以去其污秽，且能滋润肌肤，令儿胎疮不生。
