吐长收缓名吐舌，皆是心经有热成，面红烦渴溺涩赤，泻心导赤服即宁。

吐舌者，伸长而收缓也，因心经有热所致，故面红烦躁，口渴尿赤，宜泻心导赤汤主之。
（泻心导赤汤）木通生地黄连甘草生引用灯心水煎服。
