诊断学著作。清·吴谦 (六吉)等编纂。刊于乾隆七年(1742)。本书系清政府组织医官编纂的大型综合性医学丛书 《医宗金鉴》 的第34卷。书中介绍望、闻、问、切四诊的详细内容,并编以四言歌诀形式,便于学者习诵掌握。卷末还附有修正《素问》脉位图及订正《素问·脉要精微论》。全书叙述简明扼要。曾做为清以后学习中医诊法的重要教材。现存主要版本有《医宗金鉴》清内府精写稿本残本、1742年武英殿刊本、《四库全书》本等。1956年人民卫生出版社出版了影印本,1963年出版了校刊排印本,1979年又出版了校点本 (分册发行)。
