太上消灭地狱升陟天堂忏，不署撰人。从内容文字看大约出于唐宋。一卷，收入《正统道藏》洞玄部威仪类。内称元始天尊于三元宝宫大放光明，依次叙说十方地狱罪人之苦状。天尊告众人曰：若能缮写经文，葆称其旨，静念而建坛立像，志心而行道散花，当遣金刚神王等众神迥骸起死，炼质成真，荐度罪人往生天堂。按本篇所列酆都诸神名号，与洞真部本文类所收《元始天尊说酆都灭罪经》略同。
