黄帝金匮玉衡经，撰入不详。唐初释法琳《辨正论》着录「黄帝金匮」，疑即此书。一卷，收入《正统道藏》洞真部众术类。本书内容词语，多与《黄帝龙首经》相似，亦为汉魏六朝道教占卜书。经文分《金匮》、《玉衡》二章，每章各有十节经文。其内容为占卜时日吉凶之法术，大略以时辰日期之阴阳生克，预测人事之吉凶休咎。如《金匮》第一经曰：「日辰阴阳中有相克者为用，是谓入不入。」又如《玉衡》第四经宣称：四离之辰（即四时八节之日），上望见月，是谓不详。其它各节经文皆与此相类。
