玄门报孝追荐仪，不署撰人。从内容文字看，似出于元代或明初。一卷，收入《正统道藏》洞玄部威仪类。本书所载科仪，乃出家道士追荐超度其亡亲所用，以祝启文辞为主。内称三纲五常乃立人之大本，是故净明之法，本忠君孝亲以存心；盟真之斋，以报祖荐亲而立教。凡道士学仙修真，须以报孝追荐为先务，为列祖先亡归礼道真，忏悔谢过，祈祷圣真拔度亡灵出离冥途，上升仙境。其追荐仪式主要有宣辞、礼方忏悔、发愿、设醮谢恩、宣进状、宣疏、送神化财等节次。
