玉箓三日九朝仪，原不题撰人。约成书于北宋末至明初。三卷，收入《正统道藏》洞玄部威仪类。本书内载敕建玉箓大斋三日行道之仪。卷上为第一日早午晚三朝仪，卷中为第二日早午晚三朝仪。卷下为第三日早午晚三朝仪（原注「缺晚朝仪」）。其三日九朝行仪节次大同小异，大旨皆为归礼三清、玉帝等圣真神灵，礼忏供养，祈请荐度亡灵上升天境，并祝帝祚延永，四海宴安。
