元始天尊说北方真武妙经，撰人不详。约出于宋代。一卷，收入《正统道藏》洞真部本文类。经文乃元始天尊为妙行真人讲说。内称元始天尊敕北方真武神将带领天兵到下界「收断妖魔，拔除魂爽」，并载真武冲将所作咒语，谓供奉此经，唸咒启告，可致魔精消灭，天下和平。
