元始天尊说甘露升天神咒妙经，撰人不详，似出于宋元。一卷，收入《正统道藏》洞真部本文类。此经乃元始天尊对静明月光童子演说。宣称一切众生若「兴十恶心，迷五毒行」。死后入地狱，「饥渴苦卒，烦躁闷绝，纵遇清冰，悉变猛焰」。无法解脱。天尊乃说「甘露通真咒」一首，谓地狱亡灵闻听此咒，即自然快乐，伙食甘露。又说「净酆都破地狱升天神咒」一首，使地狱亡魂解脱三涂五苦。
