喉痹是风毒之气客于喉间，与血气相结而成肿塞。水浆不可下，甚者脓溃，名缠喉风。
毒攻心腹而死，攻心则闷懊，闷懊则死矣。或为单双乳蛾，最为急症，多属痰热。先用吐法，甚者针刺去毒血，服甘桔汤。
