太上灵宝玉匮明真大斋言功仪，唐末五代道士杜光庭编撰。南宋《秘目》及《通志•艺文略》着录杜光庭《灵宝玉匮明真大斋言功德仪》一卷，即此书。今本收入《正统道藏》洞玄部威仪类。本篇所载科仪用于灵宝玉匮明真拔度大斋末尾。斋事完毕之时，行此仪解坛拜表，启请诸神灵一一复位还宫。重言设醮功德，使营卫斋事有功者皆得受赏加爵。其仪式节次较为繁冗。
