玉清无上内景真经，撰人不详。似出于唐宋间。一卷，收入《正统道藏》洞真部本文类。此经原题「大罗真人元天大圣后紫光天母下传」。经文乃元始至真大圣在大梵真天玄空之中，「化诸外象，以表内景」。真人分东方九气、西方七气、南方三气、北方五气，以四方余气分布中央。此诸气与人之肝、肺、心、肾、脾五脏相应。又分别为魂、魄、神、精、思五识。五脏五识「共具十真，十真之英能成九转，聚为丹药，散为甘露，周旋上下，炼养百骸，沐浊留清，消阴铸阳」；「复我太初。保我大全」；「尽更凡骨，飞升上清」。篇末附偈文一首，概括经旨。
