谷神赋，原题「天水逸人大信注」。约出于北宋。《通志‧艺文略》着录「谷神赋一卷，赵大信撰」，当即此书。今本收入《正统道藏》洞真部方法类。本篇赋文以老子「谷神不死」之说为本，论说养生之道。宣称「养神在心，不死在我」，谷能自养，神则归窍，则一炁长存，生可常永。养神之道，在收心摄目，绝爱去欲，守一静专。赋文每句之下，皆有七绝诗一首作为注解，共计诗五十一首。诗意大抵以养神为内丹之要，以先天谷神为内丹之本，其说与南宗颇为不同。
