原题“太极左仙公葛玄纂集”,乃依托。大抵乃唐代李含光收集前代忏仪编纂而成。十卷。忏文主要为经文,均节取《太玄经》、《业报经》、《昇玄经》等,而以《昇玄经》为主。全书分为四十三品,各品仪节,大体相同。开始由师说经,其次说文忏悔,归礼十方天尊真人,其后为回向祝愿。其目的在为忏主宣讲经法,广说因果报应及持戒功德之要, 以达到超度祖宗,离三恶道, 同登道岸,并上祝国泰民安。收入《道藏》第297—299册。
