题“嗣全真正宗金月岩编,嗣全真大痴黄公望传”。据《吴中人物说》,黄、金皆元时人。抱一子三峰老人,亦称刘先生。其称王嚞为祖师,盖金元之际全真徒。述内丹鬼仙小成法和天仙大成法,包括图，诀，诗。书中认为,修炼应性命双修,并且认为性命还有真假,如“真性命者出阳神也。阳神者,此天仙大成之法也。假性命者出阴神也。阴神者,鬼仙小成之法也。”
