道教经典。原经卷数不详,约成书于南北朝。《正统道藏》收入残本一卷。P.2576背、S.6219。首尾均残。原属同卷,但文字不连续。共存约四百十二行,前二百十五行不见于《道藏》本,第二百十六行以下见于《道藏》。此经系摘录早期上清派经典中有关修真摄养方术之要诀杂凑而成。主要有导引、服气、叩齿、咽液、思神、内视、按摩、诵经、微咒等方术。体例类似南朝梁陶弘景《真诰》和《登真隐诀》,故刘师培《读道藏记》疑此经即为《登真隐诀》之缺卷,
