绵州冲虚观道士王希巢解。前有希巢序，序中言:“大要有四, 一曰受其形, 二曰保其神, 三曰贵其气, 四曰固其根。”,撰于宋开禧元年 (1205年)。该解当刊于此年前后。序称《九天生神章》大要有四， 即爱形、保神、贵气、固根。该注发挥存神守一炼炁之养生术，并劝人诵经行善。多引古经。
