旧题正一道士陈葆光撰集。二十卷。按《武进县志》,葆光受业天庆观,撰《神仙蒙求》三卷,晚住茅峰。其前有绍兴二十四年(1154年)竹轩序,约成书于南宋初年。全书收录道教神仙故事一千零五十四则,皆以四字俪语标题,并注出故事来源,引书两百余种。自序谓“网罗九流百氏之书,下逮稗官俚语之说,凡载神仙事者,裒为是书。”然多记怪异,不尽为神仙事。收入《道藏》第九百九十二至九百九十五册。
