题“奉议郎致仕骑都尉赐绯鱼袋廖侁撰”。卷前侁序云：道士 欧阳道隆数世藏仙书，献《南岳九仙传》，欲镂版付梓，颇乏力， 侁削其叙说稠叠者11处，正其字体谬误者31字，校升举年月不 同者4处，以旧碑为准。序又称“本朝枢密使”孙沔，是知侁与 道隆皆宋仁宗时人。该传为道隆所传或撰，侁校定刊版，并为之 序。本书鲜见其他传本。南岳九真人即六朝陈兴明、施存、尹道 全、徐灵期、陈慧度、张昙要、张始珍、王灵舆和邓郁之。
