三卷。托名施岑(晋代道士, 许逊弟子)撰。实为南宋净明派道士扶乩宣教劝善之作。全书八十五化, 前五十化记许真君(逊)之生平、灵迹,每化记一事,后附七言律诗一首颂之。第五十一至六十九化记宋代崇奉许逊及许真君托梦宋徽宗等灵异事迹。六十九至七十九化记许逊师弟等人传记。末六化记许逊教团传人如兰公、胡慧超等。为研究净明道历史之重要资料。收入《道藏》第200册。
