道教书名。原题“东方朔撰”,乃依托,盖出于魏晋时之古道书。一卷。此书叙述道教灵山五岳(泰山、衡山、嵩山、华山、恒山)四山(青城山、庐山、霍山、潜山)之形胜灵迹。仿山水上下曲折之状绘制成图。谓有此真形图,则入山不迷,可避兵灾毒害。并有道士入山书佩符图之法。收入《道藏》第197册。
