上下二卷。元代“玉虚住山少微陈性定此一编集,独峰山长番阳吴明义仲宜校正”。前有序称仙都为东吴胜地,道教中为祈仙洞天,发迹轩辕,由唐建宋锡名。卷上述山川、宫观、神仙,卷下记高士、草木及碑碣题咏。多记唐宋道教事,亦涉及元代,如“玉虚宫”即记载该宫观从唐到元代的简要史实,提及玄教大宗师。按仙都山在今浙江缙云县境内,为古道教胜地,本书为研究唐宋元浙江地方道教提供了可资参考的材料。收入《道藏》洞玄部记传类。
