简称《伤寒标本》。伤寒类著作。金刘完素撰。二卷。完素有《素问玄机原病式》已著录。上卷载以伤风、伤寒、中暑、中湿四证为始,至劳复、食复共四十六种杂证。下卷则集麻黄、桂枝五十二方。书中反映出刘氏学术思想和治疗外热病的体会,对后世医家颇有影响。如以凉膈散、天水散、益元散等方治疗外感热病表证,黄连解毒汤、三一承气汤治疗里证,以双解散、通圣散为表里双解之剂,“其言实超出乎朱奉议之上,然亦大变仲景之法者也。”是书对研究《伤寒论》和刘完素学术思想有一定价值。有《古今医统正脉全书》本,《刘河间伤寒六书》本。
