简称《赤书玉诀经》。道教经典。约出于东晋、南朝。《灵宝中盟经目》第一种著录《太上洞玄灵宝五篇真文赤书》上下二卷,为六朝灵宝经。陈国符《道藏源流考》认为,本经卷上五篇真文即陆修静施行之真文赤书,卷下玉诀亦称五篇真文。述服符诵诀，以求长生，以召神劾鬼。
