平按：此篇见《灵枢》卷五第二十六《杂病篇》，又见《甲乙》卷九第一。
【颌痛，刺手阳明与颌之盛脉出血。颊痛，刺阳明曲周动脉见血，立已；不已，按人迎于经，立已。】
手阳明上颈贯颊，故颊痛皆取之。曲周动脉有足阳明，无手阳明动脉也。
平按：“颌”《甲乙》作“颔”，《灵枢》作“”。“颊”《甲乙》作“颔”。“刺阳明”《灵枢》、《甲乙》作“刺足阳明”。“按人迎于经”《甲乙》作“按经刺人迎”。
