平按：此篇见《素问》卷九第三十四《逆调论篇》，又见《甲乙经》卷十第一下篇。
【问曰：人身非衣寒也，中非有寒也，寒从中出者何也？曰：是人多痹气，而阳气少，而阴气多，故身寒如从水中出焉。】
外衣不单，内不觉寒，而身冷如从水中出，内多寒气故也。
平按：《素问》、《甲乙》“中非有寒也”作“中非有寒气也”；“出者”作“生者”。
