此篇见《灵枢》卷五第二十三《热病篇》，又见《甲乙经》卷七第四。
【风痓，身反折，先取足太阳及腘中；及血络中有寒，取三里。】
足太阳行腰脊，故身痓反折，取其脉所生输穴及腘中正经。视血络黑也，可取足阳明三里之输也。
平按：《灵枢》“痓”作“痉”；“血络”下有“出血”二字。《甲乙》“血络”下有“出血痓”三字。
