人之善饥而不嗜食者，精气并于脾，热气留于胃，胃热则消谷，谷消则善饥；胃气逆上则胃脘寒，故不嗜食也。（胃气逆上而不能营运，即其寒也。脾胃热而胃脘寒，所以虽饥而不欲食。寒，亦作虚字训也。）
