治风冷，腰脚疼痛，屈伸不得。
杜仲（去粗皮，炙黄）蛇床子当归川芎秦艽附子（炮裂，去皮脐）石斛（去根）桂心细辛茵芋天雄（炮裂，去皮脐）川椒（去目，炒出汗）防风（去叉）独活（以上上细锉，以生绢袋盛，用法酒三斗，于瓷瓶中浸之，七日后开，每温饮一小盏，常令醺醺，不得大醉，酒尽其药滓晒干，捣罗为细末，每服以温酒调下二钱。
