黄连麦门冬（去心，焙，各一两）旋复花（炒）甘草（炙）黄芩（去黑心）附子（炮（炒，各七钱）地骨皮（一两二钱）桑白皮（一两半）
上锉如麻豆大，每服五钱匕，水一盏半，入生姜三片，同煎至八分，去滓，温服。
