治男女风虚寒冷，腰背痛，食少羸瘦，无颜色，嘘吸少气。去风冷，补不足。
菊花杜仲（各一斤）防风附子黄干姜桂心当归石斛（各四两）紫英石上咀，以酒七斗，浸五日，一服二合，稍稍加至五合，日三。《千金翼》不用干姜。
治寒风中，面青，遍身骨节俱冷，两手拘急，筋脉牵抽，手足不仁，厥冷，得展。
羌活独活干姜（炮）牛膝（酒浸，炒）草豆蔻桂心（各半两）细辛藿香（各一分）
