治老人大便风秘不通，塞涩妨闷，或用蜜导之类不能通者。
上用枳壳水洗去穣，麸炒为粗散，每服一大钱，入阿胶二片，生姜五片，葱白五茎，水一大盏，煎至六分，去滓，入蜜少许，空心温服，次用葱白十茎，烂研涂脐中，却以手巾蘸葱汤，自内肾腰间浴熨至小腹下，少顷气透即通。
