治四肢挛缩不伸等证。曾有人自幼年酒多，长而风痰为酒使，痰注骨节，四肢不能运动，服此有效。
茯神（去心木）白茯苓（去皮）姜黄白术黄羌活五加皮川乌（炮，去皮脐）薏苡仁木瓜半夏曲神曲天雄（炮，去皮）白芍药乳香（别研）没药（别研）防风独活当归玄胡索桑寄生海桐皮（去粗皮）木香陈皮（去白）枳壳（麸炒）南上用肝一具，洗净煮存性，研烂，同药末酒糊为剂，捣千杵，丸如梧桐子大，每服三十丸，用温酒吞下，如不饮酒，用木瓜汤送下。
