治伤寒阴阳二证未辨，时行疫疠，恶气相传，服之如汤沃雪，此药功苍术（坚者，炮刮去皮）干姜（炮制）甘草（炙，各六两）厚朴（去皮，姜汁制）
防风上咀，每服四钱，水二盅，煎至一盅，去滓热服之，不拘时服，少顷取生姜葱作羹或粥投之，避风坐卧，身体微润即愈。如疫气正相传染，清晨进一服为佳，常服每用二钱，水一盏，煎至八分服。
