扑伤，刀石伤，诸般伤损至重者，皆先服清心药，次服清小便，三服去血药，或被伤者血未结，打从疮口出，或结在内，用药打入大肠时即泄，或被打被，被木压，恶血未积者，用药打散四肢或归胸脯者，或归上膈者，打从口中吐出，或归中膈，打入大肠泄出，先用此急救，次服止痛药，即二十五味药中加减用。
