乳香（别研）没药（别研）川乌（炮，去皮尖）草乌（炮，去皮尖）地龙（去土）白牵去砂石）何首乌上焙碾为细末，酒糊为丸，如梧桐子大，每服十五丸至二十丸，食后茶酒任下。
